Schiava including the subvarieties Schiava Grossa, Schiava Grigia and Schiava Gentile. Schiava produces best results when grown in hillside sites, at altitudes between 250 and 400 m above sea level.
DESCRIPTION
Coralline in colour, delicate on the nose reminiscent of rose and almond, dry, flavoursome and elegant.
PAIRING
One of the world’s natural rosè wines, it fits very well with first courses and white meat.
Schiava is best enjoyed young, cool (13-14°C)
