Production area
Merlot is grown in the central area of Trentino in valley floor areas where soils are alluvial and gravely, and in hillside sites where they are often morainal in origin mixed with clay and also rich in trace elements which contribute greatly to a wine's complexity. A southern exposure is very important for the ripening of the grapes.

DESCRIPTION
Ruby red with garnet reflexes. Fruity on the nose with hints of spices, red fruits and green pepper; dry, mouth-filling and harmonious with elegant tannins.

PAIRING
Drink it as an accompaniment for red meats and cheeses. It will profit from an ageing in bottle.
