Santacolomba, a white mountain wine

Origins

Our Santacolomba outlines a different way of farming today: choosing particularly resistant varieties of grapes and their exposure to ideal climatic conditions make it possible to obtain a wine where the grapes do not receive and phytosanitary treatment. This utopia that becomes a reality is called Santacolomba: a real place, intact in its mountainous nature; a place where dreams come true and where dreams t are stronger than magic.

The wine

The Cantina Sociale Santacolomba  is obtained from Solaris, Bronner and Johanniter grapes, varieties that are naturally resistant to major fungal diseases.
